  • Do you also make designs that are not on the webshop?
Yes, we also make designs on request, you can easily submit a request via “Custom order” on the webshop or send an email to info@molli3-studio.com
  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please check the "Shipping Policy" for all details. 

  • How long does shipping take?

Please note that shipping time is once your item has been made and then shipped. It is not from order confirmation. As items are made-to-order this can take several days to make. The shipping time is from once you have received and updated shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please check the "Shipping Policy" for all details regarding shipping.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Ideal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna Afterpay, Google Pay and Paypal. 

  • Can Products be returned?

We do not accept refunds. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation for you.
